Legal Matters Privacy: Art of Buying respects every client's right to privacy. We are subject to the Privacy Act 1988. We do not reveal the names of our clients to anybody without their permission. Many buyers require absolute privacy and confidentiality. Art of Buying can assure every buyer that we strictly adhere to this policy at all times. We believe, for privacy reasons, it is not advisable for property buyers to arrange loans through a selling agent, as it is in the best interests of the client to keep their intimate financial details private (i.e. not reveal how much they can afford to pay for a property). Commission: We receive no undisclosed commission from any source, so we remain totally independent in our representation of you, the buyer. This is included in our Agreement with every buyer.
